Job summary

Republic Services in Minnesota is seeking a Relief Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck safely and service customers with prompt, courteous waste removal. You will complete daily vehicle checks, follow safety standards, and report any issues in accordance with policy.

The role requires a Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement, prior driving experience preferred, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Ability to adhere to Company safety standards and policies.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional conduct on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck along assigned routes and service each customer.
• Load refuse and operate the power unit and packer per safety policies.
