This role emphasizes on-time performance, courteous customer interactions, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Prior CDL-B with air brakes is preferred; two years driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
• Safely operate the truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate the packer according to safety policies.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and staff daily.
• Tag incorrect waste containers and monitor waste quality.
• Monitor vehicle condition and minimize downtime.
• Complete route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
• Maintain productivity standards to service customers on time.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in the company safety and operation programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
