Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Relief Driver- CDL B to safely operate a collection truck on assigned routes and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. The role requires adherence to safety standards, daily vehicle condition reporting, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks.
• Ability to operate commercial trucks safely and follow company policies.
• Commitment to safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck along designated routes to service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of material at the facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers daily.
• Identify unsatisfactory containers and tag as required.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable material and maintain vehicle readiness.
