Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking motivated Herbicide Applicator Technicians to control weeds, grass, and brush along roadsides and rights‑of‑way, while safely operating herbicide application equipment.

You will operate spray trucks, ATVs, backpack sprayers, and related gear, perform daily inspections and light maintenance, keep accurate records, and follow all safety policies and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving history.
• Pass DOT drug screen and DOT physical.
• Ability to travel 2–3 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Apply herbicides along roadsides and rights-of-way.
• Operate spray trucks, ATVs, backpack sprayers, and hoses.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain application records and SDS documentation.
• Follow safety policies and environmental regulations.
