Qualifications

• Good customer service skills and professional conduct toward customers and co-workers.

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the truck along designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate the packer; dispose of material at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and others.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag them as required.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Complete route productivity sheets and required reports.
• Maintain productivity standards for timely service.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
