Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is hiring CDL B Front Load Truck Drivers in Rockaway, NJ. Schedule generally Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed. Early start, consistent hourly pay of $31.50/hour, and a path to comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year front load driving experience, a clean safety record, and a valid CDL with airbrake endorsement. Must meet DOT/OSHA regs and be able to lift and maneuver heavy loads. Join a growing team serving Northern NJ and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience with front load garbage trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Front Load garbage trucks during assigned routes.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities; may do multiple trips.
• Operate both manual and automatic trucks as required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and maneuver up to 100 pounds; mount/dismount truck as needed.
