Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is seeking CDL B Front Load Truck Drivers in New Jersey. Dispatch is based in Jersey City with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Front Load garbage truck experience is required, and applicants must have a valid CDL B, airbrake endorsement, and a good safety record. The role involves safely operating front/side/rear-loading trucks, transporting waste or recyclables to facilities, and possibly additional trips per shift.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Airbrake Endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• DOT OSHA knowledge and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating front, side, or rear-loading trucks for pickup service.
• Transporting material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities and possible multiple trips per shift.
• Operate both manual and automatic trucks and perform pre/post inspections.
• Back maneuvers and climbing in/out of truck cab to service accounts.
