Job summary

Interstate Waste Services, Inc. is seeking CDL B Front Load Swing Truck Drivers in New Jersey. Expect early starts around 4am, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work, and year-round, steady employment. A full benefits package with paid time off is offered.

Requires 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 7 years, a clean MVR, and knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations. CDL A or B and airbrake endorsement are necessary.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Airbrake Endorsement.
• Great Safety Record and Clean MVR.
• Understanding of DOT, OSHA & Applicable Traffic Regulations.
• Ability to read and speak English for interacting with the public and completing reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front load trucks.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycling facilities, and may make multiple trips.
• Routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.
• Perform driver pre- and post-inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards.
