Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is seeking a CDL B Rear Load Truck Driver based in New Jersey. The role offers a starting pay of $27.90 per hour with overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off.

The position requires 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years, a valid CDL (A or B) with airbrake endorsement, and a strong safety record. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and early 6:00am start.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Strong safety record and clean MVR.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste/recycling collection.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections; ensure compliance with safety standards.
