Job summary

Interstate Waste Services, Inc. in Lodi, NJ is seeking CDL B Front Load Truck Drivers to support daily waste and recycling collection across our service area. Dispatch from Lodi with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays as needed.

We offer a competitive hourly range, a 3am start, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. One year of CDL experience and a clean MVR are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Valid CDL A or B with airbrake endorsement
• 1 year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years
• Strong safety record and clean MVR
• DOT/OSHA knowledge and ability to read maps

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste/recyclables collection
• Transport material to disposal/transfer/recycle facilities; may make multiple trips
• Perform pre/post inspections; ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT and local laws
• Navigate through congested urban areas and back in tight spots; ensure safe entry/exit from truck
