Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is hiring CDL B Front Load Swing Truck Drivers in Northern New Jersey. Early 4am starts, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; year-round steady work with a full benefits package and PTO. One year verifiable CDL driving experience in the last 7 years is required, along with a clean MVR.

The team serves the Northern NJ region and beyond, offering a safety-first culture and opportunity to work with modern waste management operations. Compensation is $26.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Strong safety record and clean MVR.
• Ability to read and speak English for traffic and reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for pickup services.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities; may perform multiple trips per shift.
• Navigate diverse routes; perform pre/post inspections and ensure truck compliance with safety standards.
