Responsibilities

• Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
• Load trucks according to the sales invoice and secure loads.
• Deliver and unload materials to customers' satisfaction.
• Record delivery information and verify with yard manager for accuracy.
• Safely drive trucks and forklifts and obey traffic laws.
• Follow yard loading, delivery and security procedures.
• Accurately record merchandise returns on a credit memo.
• Listen and work with customers to solve complaints.
• Maintain yard housekeeping and loading areas.
