Job summary

The Macomb Group in Greensboro, NC seeks a full-time Class B driver to join our team. You will transport materials to and from destinations and maintain accurate delivery logs.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing receipts, and potential light warehouse duties after runs. We offer competitive benefits and a team-focused, customer-service culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Class B License and DOT Certification required.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from specified destinations
• Prepares receipts for load pickup
• Maintenance of truck logs and proof of delivery
• Loading and unloading truck materials when needed
• Possible warehouse duties after runs are completed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Class B License
• DOT Certification
• Be able to walk, sit, stand, climb, kneel, or crawl occasionally
• Be able to frequently lift or move up to 25lbs
• Be able to strap and load materials onto truck bed
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus

Work Setting

Monday - Friday, day shift

OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM

No nights, holidays, or Sundays
