Job summary

The Macomb Group, a leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, seeks a full-time Class B Driver for our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. You will handle local deliveries, transport materials, and maintain logs, supporting a reliable supply chain and excellent customer service.

This role requires a Class B license and DOT certification, with daily hours Monday through Friday and optional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Class B License and DOT Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries to customers.
• Transport materials to and from specified destinations.
• Prepare receipts for load pickup.
• Maintain truck logs and proof of delivery.
• Load and unload truck materials when needed.
• Perform possible warehouse duties after runs are completed.

Class B Driver

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, is seeking a full‑time Class B Driver to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. The company differentiates itself through a large inventory, energy‑efficient solutions, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries
• Transport materials to and from specified destinations
• Prepare receipts for load pickup
• Maintain truck logs and proof of delivery
• Load and unload truck materials when needed
• Perform possible warehouse duties after runs are completed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Class B License
• DOT Certification
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, climb, kneel, or crawl occasionally
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Ability to strap and load materials onto truck bed
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus

Work Setting

Grand Rapids, Michigan

Monday - Friday, day shift

OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM – 12 PM

No nights, holidays, or Sundays
