Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a CDL Distributor Driver for our Madison Construction crew based in Madison, TN. This full-time role works with paving crews on projects like parking lots, city streets, and highways.

A valid CDL with tanker endorsement is required, with safety excellence as a top priority. Some experience in asphalt paving is preferred, but Rogers Group will train the right candidate. Day shift with some night work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must operate safely at all times.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in asphalt paving preferred.
• Physical ability to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray system.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Distributor / Tack Truck in front of paving operation to spray tack and prepare the surface for paving.
• Drive and move the Water Truck on job site as needed.
• Train to operate paving equipment such as a skid steer and roller.
• Work behind the paver with a shovel or asphalt rake as needed, between truck operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by lead or foreman.
