Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for long-haul routes west of the Mississippi. New CDL holders are welcome and can start with paid training at $800 per week, with a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo, and $1,100–$1,200 per week once solo. Expect 2,100–2,400 miles weekly and $15 per stop after the first and last stops.

Weekly direct deposit is provided. Home time is every two to three weeks, with full medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage available

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience.
• Up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes with home every 2–3 weeks.
• Perform drop and hook and live freight tasks as assigned.
• Follow driver leader guidance and keep safety as a priority.

Job description

West Metro OKC drivers: open-road miles west of the Mississippi, paid training if you are new.

Long hauls, open roads, no East Coast traffic. New CDL-A holders welcome.

What you earn

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1,100 to $1,200 a week once solo
• 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week
• $15 per stop except the first and last

Your week

Western lanes, long lengths of haul, drop and hook and live freight. Home every two to three weeks.

New CDL? Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid $800 a week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.

Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.

• "How often will I see home?" Every two to three weeks.
• "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
• "What if I have a problem on the road?" Loads are planned for you, and your driver leader picks up the phone.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

Once you pass 30 days
