Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group is hiring for field labor in Northern Kentucky to support underground utility projects. The role involves assisting crews in construction, maintenance, and site preparation, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs multiple times during a shift.
• Ability to work in teams and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance work.
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions.
• Operate or work with equipment like jackhammers, drills and fasteners.
• Signal operators to coordinate movements of machinery and materials.
• Maintain safety around heavy equipment and prepare sites to prevent hazards.
