Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is looking for crew members to support underground utility construction and maintenance projects. You will assist in construction, reconstruction, and general site tasks alongside experienced crews.

The role requires heavy manual labor, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and adherence to safety standards. A CDL A is required, with bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus, and a valid driver’s license within two weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• CDL A license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance.
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions.
• Work with jackhammers, rotary drills and power actuated fasteners.
• Signal equipment operators to align, move, and adjust machinery.
• Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump trucks.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
