Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated crew member to support underground utility construction in residential and commercial areas. The role involves assisting crew leaders, operating with jackhammers and drills, and maintaining safety on site.

Requires a CDL A, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, pass background and drug screening, and the ability to work in Colorado environments. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; pay ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour for non-exempt workers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CDL A is required for this position.
• Experience with underground utilities is desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and drug screen; valid license within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance.
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions.
• Operate or work with jackhammers, rotary drills and power actuated fasteners.
• Signal equipment operators to align, move and adjust machinery.
• Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump trucks.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
