Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking personnel to support construction, reconstruction and maintenance of underground utilities in residential and commercial areas. The role involves assisting crew leaders and operators, handling tools, and ensuring safety on site.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with underground utilities, CDL A is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with underground utilities desired

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction/reconstruction and maintenance work
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions
• Work with specialized equipment including jackhammers, rotary drills, power actuated fasteners and other necessary tools
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump truck
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
