Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring Inland Empire Class A drivers for western regional runs across 11 states, with home every two weeks and a paid mentor for new grads. Most trips are two days, keeping you close to home. New grads train with a paid mentor before going solo, then earn mileage-based pay.

Your truck will be a late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, with 24/7 dispatch. You’ll receive weekly direct deposit, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence (21+).
• Recent CDL-school graduate (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• OTR lanes across the 11 western states with home every two weeks.
• Line-haul miles are mileage-based with 1,700–2,100 miles per week.
• Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed tractor with 24/7 dispatch support.
• Deliveries involve drop-and-hook, live load and live unload as needed.

Just finished CDL school? You run the 11 western states here, with runs that are usually no more than two days out and keep you near home. New grads train with a paid mentor first, then go solo.

What you'll earn

• $1,000 to $1,300 a week, about $52,000 to $67,600 a year
• Line-haul pay scale, mileage-based
• 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week
• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes across the 11 western states, a mix of drop-and-hook, live load and live unload. Home every two weeks. Planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you

Your truck

An assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old on average, with 24/7 dispatch.
