Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking drivers for Northern Nevada class A routes with western regional miles and steady weekly pay. You’ll be home every two weeks with paid mentor training for new grads, then transition to full solo pay.

Expect about 2,300 miles weekly, paid weekly via direct deposit, and a late-model truck assigned with an automatic or 10-speed transmission. Benefits after 30 days include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL in home state and be 21 or older.
• New grad (120+ CDL hours) or verifiable experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years; DOT physical and hair/urine screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR western regional routes with approximately 2,300 miles per week.
• Handle a mix of drop-and-hook, live load/unload, and preload.
• Be home every two weeks and follow planned loads with day/night dispatch.

Run the West with steady miles and come home every couple of weeks. New CDL-A holders train with a paid mentor first, then move to full solo pay.

What you'll earn

Your week

OTR lanes across the western states, a mix of drop-and-hook, live load, live unload and preload. Home every two weeks, planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you

• Full solo mileage pay when you finish

Your truck

Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.

What you need
