Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking class A drivers for western regional freight with home every two weeks and a paid mentor training program. You will run 11 western states, with most runs two days, then transition to solo pay after training.

Trucks are late-model automatics or 10-speeds, dispatched 24/7, with weekly pay and direct deposit. New grads (120+ hours) or seasoned drivers can join the paid mentor path.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL in home state, 21+.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR west region with home every two weeks.
• Load planning and dispatch coordination day and night.
• Follow mentor guidance before solo driving.

Out of CDL school and looking for a company that trains you? You run the 11 western states, mostly two-day runs that keep you near home. Paid mentor training comes first, then full solo pay.

What you'll earn

• $1,000 to $1,300 a week, about $52,000 to $67,600 a year
• Line-haul mileage pay scale
• 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week
• Paid weekly, direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes across the western states, a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Home every two weeks. Loads are planned for you, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
• Paid one-on-one mentor training before solo
• Full solo mileage pay when you finish

Your truck

Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.
