Job summary

American Driver LLC in Northern Nevada seeks Class A drivers for western regional runs with consistent weekly pay and home every two weeks. New CDL-A holders train with a paid mentor before advancing to solo mileage pay.

Routes cover the western states with about 2,300 miles weekly. Trucks are late-model automatics or 10-speeds. Benefits kick in after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and annual raises. Paid weekly via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL in home state, 21+.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 10 years; DOT physical and hair/urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate western regional OTR lanes and maintain logs.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch for planned loads and home time.

What you'll earn

Your week

OTR lanes across the western states, a mix of drop-and-hook, live load, live unload and preload. Home every two weeks, planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
• Paid mentor training before solo
• Full solo mileage pay when you finish

Your truck

Assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.

What you need
