Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring Inland Empire Class A drivers for western regional miles across 11 states. Home every two weeks, with a paid mentor for new grads, then solo. Expect 1,700–2,100 miles per week with a line-haul pay scale and weekly direct deposit.

New grads train under a paid mentor before driving solo, then earn full solo mileage pay after completion. Benefits start after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, a 401(k) with employee stock purchase plan, paid time

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in your state
• Recent CDL-school graduate or verifiable experience
• Acceptable driving record (≤2 moving violations in 2 years)
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen

Just finished CDL school? You run the 11 western states here, with runs that are usually no more than two days out and keep you near home. New grads train with a paid mentor first, then go solo.

What you'll earn

• $1,000 to $1,300 a week, about $52,000 to $67,600 a year
• Line-haul pay scale, mileage-based
• 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week
• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes across the 11 western states, a mix of drop-and-hook, live load and live unload. Home every two weeks. Planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you
• Paid one-on-one mentor training before solo
• Full solo mileage pay when you finish

Your truck

An assigned late-model automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old on average, with 24/7 dispatch.
