Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers between warehouse locations and turn around to deliver full trailers.

The position runs Sunday-Thursday with overnight shifts. Starting pay is $32 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits on day one include health and wellness coverage, 401(k) matching, stock purchase, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift 60–90 lbs and move freight.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Willing to work 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks before trips per DOT.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and report safety issues.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes.
• Unload freight and secure loads.
• Maintain daily hours-of-service logs.
