You will communicate with customers and co-workers, perform safety checks, and follow safety guidelines while handling varied freight loads.

The role requires a valid CDL A with doubles, a clean MVR, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift 60–90 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Work first shift; Sunday-Thursday (schedules may vary).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift 60–90 pounds and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs promptly.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailer load security and required route paperwork.
• Drive and deliver trailers per route schedule; hook/unhook per safety guidelines.
• Park and store tractors/trailers in designated areas; secure equipment.
• Collect damaged goods and returns; complete necessary paperwork.
• Unload equipment and keep trailer areas clean; perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per DOT and company requirements.
