Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Wisconsin to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. You will operate tandem, tractor, or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes and adhere to DOT regulations.

Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers while supporting the operating company. The role requires a CDL A with doubles endorsement, 6+ months driving, the ability to lift 60-90 lbs, and a 3rd

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a clean MVR in the last 3 years.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; secure freight.
• Maintain route paperwork and dispatch readiness.
• Drive and deliver trailers per schedule; hook/unhook safely.
• Park and store tractor trailers; ensure freight is secured.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per regulations.
• Perform housekeeping in the yard and trailers.
