Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver to transport loaded trailers and return empties, while maintaining safety and on-time delivery in Texas operations.

You will operate Class A vehicles, complete pre-trip inspections, and comply with DOT regulations. This role offers stable full-time employment, home regularly, and opportunities for growth within transportation and distribution.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple endorsements.
• DOT qualified and able to meet all DOT requirements.
• Good driving record with no more than one moving violation within the past three years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background requirements.
• At least One Year Of Commercial Driving Experience Preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Ability to safely operate tractors with 28', 36', and 48' trailers.

Responsabilidades

• Transport loaded trailers from the branch to designated shuttle locations.
• Return empty trailers to the branch for reloading.
• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles while following all DOT and company regulations.
• Maintain scheduled delivery and pickup times.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate any issues, delays, or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Represent Ben E. Keith professionally with customers, vendors, and fellow team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
