Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking Shuttle Drivers for night routes between Effingham, IL and Berkeley, MO (STL). The role starts at 5:30 pm and runs Sunday to Thursday, with a focus on safe, timely trailer movement and DOT-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report all safety issues or repairs.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to route schedule.
• Ensure route paperwork is available to driver upon dispatch.
• Complete daily hours of service logs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of tractor, trailer and loading area.
