Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for dry van regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA and IL. Expect 1,700–2,000 miles per week and home every two weeks. You can start with CDL-A in hand or via our paid training if needed.

Training includes weekly pay with a trainer and the option to skip training for experienced drivers. Weekly pay during training, then mileage-based pay with bonuses on miles, fuel, and safety.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
• Live within 250 miles of Houston, TX.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.

• Operate dry van regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, IL.
• Drop and hook with live loads/unloads.
• Home every 2 weeks.

Job description

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

The Job

• Dry van regional freight: TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, IL
• 1,700 to 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Drop and hook plus live loads and unloads

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,100 to $1,300
• Mileage pay by experience level
• Bonus pay on miles, fuel and safety
• $15 stop pay

Two Ways to Start

• CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school. Paid training with a driver trainer, paid every week while you learn.
• Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Skip training and go straight to your own truck.
