Responsibilities
- Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
- Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
- Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
- 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
- Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
Pay and Home Time
- Average pay: $1,000-$1,100 weekly
- Home time: Every other week
- Experience: All CDL holders
- Sign-on bonus: $6,000 for experienced drivers; $3,000 for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year)
- Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving)
- Weekly performance pay
- Mileage incentive: potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holiday days per year
- Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay

Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
- HazMat endorsement preferred.
- Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
