Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
• Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
• 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

• Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Regional Van Truckload truck driver

Average pay: $915-$1,120 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Responsibilities

• Drive regionally within the specified routes and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Operate a commercial vehicle to transport freight efficiently while maintaining records as required.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries and optimize routes when possible.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Mileage incentive: Potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
