Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL A Regional Driver for a structured path for new grads. New grads start with a trainer for 4–6 weeks, then transition to Mid East regional lanes with company equipment.

Most loads are drop and hook with 100% no touch on most loads, and drivers are home weekly with day or night runs available. The program includes a paid trainee period, employer-maintained equipment, and comprehensive benefits after a short period.

New grads run OTR with a trainer for 4 to 6 weeks, then move onto steady Mid East regional lanes with equipment the company keeps up, not you.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,400, based on miles and experience
• Per mile pay of $0.56 to $0.64, based on experience after training, drivers move to the $0.56 base rate and climb from there
• Trainee pay of $650/week for the full 4 to 6 week training period
• $15 stop pay added on top of mileage pay
• Monthly performance/safety bonus of $0.06/mile for drivers who meet eligibility criteria
• Typical weekly mileage around 1,800+ miles

Qualifications

• Fairly clean driving record, no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent job for safety reasons
• Solid, documented work history with limited gaps over the past 10 years
• Able to pass pre employment urine and hair drug screens and background checks
