Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is recruiting CDL-A graduates for a structured paid mentorship to launch a high-earning driving career. Graduates join our Eastern Regional Fleet with guaranteed weekly pay, mentorship, and top-tier equipment. After training, drivers move to solo driving with consistent pay and no-touch freight whenever possible.

The program offers a 3–4 week mentorship, guaranteed $850 per week during training, weekly direct deposit, and an orientation bonus of $300 on the first paycheck.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• No previous commercial driving experience required.
• Minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3–4 weeks of mentorship with a dedicated mentor.
• Transition to solo driving with guaranteed weekly pay and gradual pay progression.
• Operate late-model, company-equipped trucks with no-touch freight when possible.
• Take part in a structured paid training program and receive orientation bonuses.

Blue Ridge Haulers is opening doors for recent CDL-A graduates to launch a high-earning driving career with our Eastern Regional Fleet. If you recently finished CDL school, transition seamlessly into solo driving with guaranteed weekly pay, dedicated mentorship, and top-tier equipment. We welcome drivers with a valid Class A CDL who are ready to gain hands-on experience pulling steady, mostly no-touch drop-and-hook freight.

• $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly pay
• $1,800 weekly earning potential for top performers
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Structured Paid Training

• 3 to 4 weeks (200 to 250 hrs) riding with a dedicated mentor
• Earn a guaranteed $850 per week while training
• $300 orientation bonus included on your first paycheck
• Master real-world skills: backing, pre-trip checks, and electronic logs
• Immediate assignment to your own truck and full solo pay upon completion
