Regional CDL A Driver Home Weekly - CDL A Graduates Welcome

Blue Ridge Haulers is currently hiring Class A CDL Regional Drivers for Northeast lanes. We welcome both experienced drivers and new CDL graduates. Paid OTR training is fully provided for drivers with under 6 months of experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Earnings: $1,600 to $1,800 weekly average ($1,700 typical)

Trainee Pay: $850 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of OTR training

Mileage Pay: $0.80 per mile starting rate, up to $0.85 per mile based on experience

Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Safety Bonus: Monthly performance bonuses available

Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off starting after 30 days

JOB DETAILS

Operating Area: Northeast region (New England states down to Virginia)

Freight Type: 100% touch dry van (full hand unload or unload assist)

Weekly Mileage: Average of 1,800 miles per week

Training Duration: 4 to 6 weeks with a trainer for drivers under 6 months experience

Home Time: Reliable weekly home time

Shift Assignment: Day or night shifts assigned based on route needs

Orientation: Held at the nearest hub location

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Age: Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL

Education: Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120 hours minimum

Driving Record: No major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years

Clean Background: No DUI convictions in the last 5 years

Employment History: No involuntary safety terminations from recent employers

Work Record: 10 year history with no major gaps (must have 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years)

Screening: Must pass pre employment urine and hair drug screens
