CDL A Regional Driver Trainer Program for New Grads
Job Type: Driving
You don't need years behind the wheel to build a real career here. Blue Ridge Haulers backs new CDL grads with a structured OTR trainer program, then puts you on predictable Mid East regional lanes with a truck you don't have to worry about, home every week.
Why Drivers Choose This Route
- Real Trainer Support: 4 to 6 weeks running OTR with an experienced trainer if you're under 6 months in, so you're not thrown in cold
- Predictable Freight: Mostly drop and hook, 100% no touch on most loads, so your day is about driving, not unloading
- Company Maintained Equipment: Newer 53' dry vans kept in shape by the company, not you
- Home Weekly: Day or night runs, but you're back on your own schedule every week
