Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL A regional driver trainee for new graduates. Trainees pair with an experienced driver for 4 to 6 weeks before moving to mid East regional lanes with company-maintained equipment.

The program emphasizes safety, steady home weekly schedules, and loads that are mostly drop and hook with no touch. New grads will train and be paid during the program, then progress to mileage-based pay and additional stop, performance, and bonus structures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (120+ hours); new grads welcome.
• Fairly clean driving record, no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
• Not terminated from most recent job for safety reasons.
• Solid, documented work history with limited gaps over the past 10 years.
• Able to pass pre employment urine and hair drug screens and background checks.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,400, based on miles and experience

• $15 stop pay added on top of mileage pay
• Monthly performance/safety bonus of $0.06/mile for drivers who meet eligibility criteria
