Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor-driven regional driving program in the Eastern region. You’ll start with one-on-one instruction, then move to a solo role in an assigned truck with weekly or bi-weekly home time.

Earn $850 per week during mentor, then $1,600–$1,800+ per week as a solo driver. Benefits begin day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight.
• Operate within the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Complete mentor program before solo driving.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
• Apply to start your transition from CDL school to solo driving.
