Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A graduates for a full-time regional driving career with an Eastern Regional Fleet. You will begin with paid one-on-one mentor instruction and transition to an assigned truck as you gain experience on the road.

During training you earn $850 per week; after completing the mentor program, solo earnings are typically $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Home time can be weekly or bi-weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package starts from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Operate safely and follow mentor guidance during training.
• Progress from mentor instruction to an assigned truck in the regional fleet.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time is available.
