Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL graduates to begin a regional driving career with paid mentor instruction before transitioning to a solo role in the Eastern Regional Fleet.

You will haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly or bi-weekly home time, enjoying company-paid tolls, a fuel program, and 24/7 dispatch support. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan are offered from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor program with one-on-one instruction.
• Move to solo driving with an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the region.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
• Support is available 24/7 via dispatch.
