Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates to start in a paid mentor program and transition to a regional driver with an assigned truck. You will haul no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet and earn weekly during training, then $1,600–$1,800+ per week as solo driver.

Orientation is paid and drivers are paid every Friday. Benefits begin day one, including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, plus PTO, holidays, 401(k) and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent CDL school graduate with at least 120 hours training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Follow mentor program before operating own assigned truck.
• Adhere to all safety rules and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Provide professional communication and safe operation on the road.
