Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking an Entry Level CDL-A Dedicated Driver transitioning from paid training to a solo driving role on a dedicated refrigerated freight route. Trainees will complete 3–5 weeks of paid behind-the-wheel training in New Mexico, earning about $800 per week during training and $0.51 per mile thereafter, with weekly home time and rotating schedules.

The position offers weekly home time, a starting pay of about $1,200 per week on average, and pay extras such as $30 short-haul
