Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for a paid training program with weekly home time. This role covers refrigerated grocery freight with drop-and-hook and live unloads, night driving, and a rotating day/night schedule.

Trainees in New Mexico earn $800 per week during training, progressing to about $1,200 weekly after training. Expect 3–5 weeks of training with 200–250 behind-the-wheel hours, orientation in two days, and weekly home time thereafter.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome.
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps.
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements.
• Must be available for required schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
