Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in West Valley City, UT is seeking a CDL-A regional driver for steady refrigerated freight with a clear path from training to solo. You start with $0.51 per mile, $15 stop pay, and move into a Western regional reefer role delivering 1,900–2,100 miles per week.

Training lasts 3–5 weeks with trainee pay of $800 per week and orientation pay of $300 upon hire. Home time is every two weeks, with day/night shifts, weekend work, and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome.
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps.
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required.
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements.
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required.
