Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for a paid training program. From day one, earn $1,000 per week for the first 90 days while you learn from an experienced mentor.

After training, you will drive solo with typical weekly miles and a guaranteed payment schedule. The program offers a direct path to real earnings, with pay growing to $1,400–$1,600 per week after you are solo, and Friday payments to your account.

Qualifications

• New CDL grads welcome to apply.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Meet minimum age and license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–5 weeks of hands-on training with a mentor.
• Develop skills in pre-trip checks, backing, docking, trip planning, and ELD logging.
• Transition to solo driving with no-gap, no-guessing schedule.
• Maintain no-touch freight and ensure on-time delivery with biweekly home time.
