Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring for West Bank drivers with a brand-new CDL and mentor-based training. You will start paid during training and progress to solo on routes east of Denver, with home time every two weeks and 24/7 dispatch support.

New drivers must have 120 hours of CDL school or 6 months of recent experience, pass a DOT physical and drug test, and be 21 or older. Training lasts 4–6 weeks, with weekly pay during orientation.

Qualifications

• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years and up to 2 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle safe, compliant truck operations and on-the-road duties.

West Bank drivers: brand-new CDL, real OTR miles, paid while you learn.

Most carriers want a year of experience. Here, 120 hours of CDL school is enough to start. You train with a mentor, then run everything east of Denver and stay out of the Northeast.

What you earn

• Paid every week during training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1,200 to $1,800 a week once solo
• 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week

Your week

OTR lanes east of Denver, no Northeast. Drop and hook, live loads, live unloads and preloads. Out about two weeks, then home. Dispatch answers 24/7.

New CDL? Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid every week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.

Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.

• "How often will I see home?" Every two weeks.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "Do I pay for orientation?" No. Hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, and $300 once you are hired.
• "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Once you pass 30 days
