Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified CDL drivers for dedicated hauling of home improvement supplies in dry van trailers across midwest states. 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook, 5–10 loads weekly, routes within AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE & SD.

We offer mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, sign-on bonuses, orientation, PTO after 6 months, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement must be obtained within 90 days of hire; training is provided.

• Haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers.
• Operate with 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.
