Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Team Dedicated drivers for Midwest routes with 100% no-touch freight and 90% drop-and-hook. Expect about 10 loads per week across CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, WY.

You may bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy, and can qualify for generous pay and bonuses. Compensation includes mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a $1,000 weekly guarantee for first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and robust sign-on bonuses for experienced and inexperienced drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.
