Schneider National in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a dedicated CDL driver for dedicated routes. You will haul merchandise in dry van trailers, manually unload using gravity rollers, and navigate complex back-in maneuvers.

The role covers routes across multiple states with 2 loads per week and several stop-offs per load. Eligible drivers can earn a weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 during the first 90 days, plus performance pay, and sign-on bonuses depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required to operate the vehicle.
• Live within 50 miles of Edwardsville, IL to be eligible.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
